At China Shadow, the Chinese restaurant on the 26th floor of The Strings by InterContinental Tokyo in Shinagawa, Christmas Parfait will be available for a limited time from December 1 to December 25.
The parfait is topped with Amaou strawberries and strawberry meringue sticks for an elegant finish. Layers of fragrant jasmine tea brûlée and almond tofu with a sweet-tart mixed berry sauce offer a delightful combination of flavours and textures.
Served with a pine cone-shaped sweet potato treat and three savouries, including a Chinese burger, it offers a delightful balance of sweet and savoury—perfect for sharing with someone special or enjoying as a well-deserved treat at China Shadow.
