This holiday season, our iconic Christmas Shortcake returns, Covered generously in cream, this fir-tree-shaped shortcake this year uses a generous 18 strawberries, making it even more splendid in appearance.
Featuring homemade mixed berry jam as a highlight, it consists of a mildly tangy cream made with fromage blanc and a light, airy sponge infused with Grand Marnier.
The blend of two types of cream delivers both creamy richness and a delicate aftertaste.

Chocolate Paris-Brest Noël
Chocolat Paris-Brest Noël features a crispy baked choux pastry filled with rich cocoa chocolate custard made using Ogasawara-grown cocoa. On top of that, tangy Meyer lemons are enveloped in cocoa chocolate Chantilly cream.
Crunchy, caramelized nuts are added to each slice, layering different flavors within a single cake.
You can also savor the delightful contrast in textures created by the smooth cream, fragrant choux pastry, and crisp nuts.
