The dinner course "Sonata" is designed to fully savour all the charms of Melodia
— meaning "concerto" in Italian. With antipasti, a fish course, a choice of meat main, and dessert, it is a luxurious, deeply satisfying all-Italian feast.

- Tuna carpaccio with rucola, Parmesan, walnuts and lemon seasoning
- Linguini with octopus, Taggiasca olives and red wine tomato sauce

- Grilled greater amberjack with artichokes, prosciutto and basil dressing
- Chicken breast piccata with crushed potatoes and lemon caper sauce

In addition to a wide variety of classic morning staples, we offer a Chinese selection including congee and dim sum, a Japanese selection, and a daily-changing "Today's Recommended Selection" that is popular with returning guests. Your choice of egg dish is prepared right in front of you at our live kitchen station — made to order and served fresh and hot every time.
