Classic Chinese cuisine is enhanced with premium ingredients from the Tohoku region in Chef Ando’s creative summer menu, featuring specialties such as Yamagata’s Mogami Beef and Miyagi’s Sendai miso, thoughtfully crafted to reflect the region’s rich heritage and natural bounty.
