Celebrate early summer with a vibrant Mango Afternoon Tea at Melodia, the Italian Grill at Strings Hotel Tokyo InterContinental, available from May 1 to June 30.
An array of mango-inspired sweets highlights the fruit’s rich sweetness and smooth texture. Delights include a silky mango pudding topped with premium Miyazaki mango, and orangettes coated in smoky chocolate, paired with a refreshing mango and passion fruit sauce—showcasing the fruit’s depth in every bite.
Two varieties of scones are served with seasonal accompaniments. The savoury selection features fresh, light flavours, including a chicken patty with rich guacamole and dried mango, and a shrimp roll with pico de gallo and mango mayonnaise.
Enjoy a refined moment in a bright, airy space, where natural light and a 27-metre-high ceiling create an elegant early summer setting.
