Celebrate early summer with a vibrant Mango Afternoon Tea at Melodia, the Italian Grill at The Strings by InterContinental Tokyo, available from July 1 to August 31.
An array of peach-inspired sweets highlights the fruit’s delicate sweetness paired with aromatic teas. Delights include a smooth peach shortcake layered with lavender tea cream, and a peach and cheese clafoutis harmonized with elegant Earl Grey tea, showcasing a beautifully glossy and transparent lineup in every bite.
Two varieties of scones are served with seasonal accompaniments, including a peach and Uva tea scone paired with a fragrant red peach, passion fruit, and jasmine tea jam. The savoury selection features a sophisticated balance of sweet and salty notes, including a light peach and tomato gazpacho with basil cream, and a crunchy peach and mozzarella panipuri.
