Notice of Electrical Outage on January 19, 2025 (Updated on August 8,2024)

Please be informed that on Sunday, January 19, 2025, our hotel is scheduled to undergo its annual electrical facility maintenance as mandated by Japanese law. This involves a complete power shut-down to the entire building between 10:00a.m. and 4:00p.m. as well as testing to the emergency broadcast system.

Please find below our amended operating hours during this period:

Accommodation

  • Check-out: Please check-out by 9:00a.m. on January 19, 2025
  • Check-in:  Check-in starts at 4:00p.m. on January 19, 2025
     
  • For guests in-house, please unplug all electrical devices from power outlets by 9:00a.m., then please vacate the hotel between 10:00a.m. and 4:00p.m.
  • Regular laundry service will be available till 9:00a.m.
  • Express laundry service will be temporarily suspended.

Club InterContinental Lounge:

Available between 5:00p.m. and 10:00p.m. on January 19

  • Breakfast: 7:00a.m. to 9:00a.m.
  • Evening Cocktails: 5:30p.m. to 7:30p.m.

Restaurants & Bar

Melodia Italian Grill

  • Breakfast: 6:30a.m. to 9:00a.m. (last order 8:30a.m.)
  • Lunch: Closed
  • Dinner: Open at 6:00p.m.

Rhythmos Cafe and Bar

  • Breakfast: 6:30a.m. to 9:00a.m. (last order 8:30a.m.)
  • Tea: Open at 4:00p.m.
  • Bar: Open at 5:00p.m.

China Shadow 

  • Closed 

Kazane Teppanyaki

  • Lunch: Closed
  • Dinner: Open at 6:00p.m.

In-room Dining: Closed between 9:00a.m. and 6:00p.m.
                           *China Shadow menu is not available all day.

Others

Fitness Room

  • Closed between 9:00a.m. and 4:00p.m. 

Wedding

  • The bridal office will be closed all day.
