Indulge in a luxurious, one-night-only dining event at China Shadow, located within The Strings Hotel Tokyo InterContinental, on June 10th. For this special collaboration, Head Chef Ando has created an exquisite Chinese menu, paired perfectly with a hand-selected collection of wines from Baron Philippe de Rothschild—one of the most iconic names in the historic Bordeaux wine region.
The evening will feature special guest speaker Mr. Laurent Perraudin from Baron Philippe de Rothschild Orient. Savor this unforgettable culinary celebration while taking in stunning, sweeping views of Tokyo from the sky above Shinagawa.
