Enjoy an abundant selection of premium seasonal strawberries carefully sourced from across Japan, each offering its own distinctive sweetness and texture to savour and compare.
Inspired by cherry blossoms, the beautifully crafted sweets capture the sights and aromas of spring. Highlights include a Tochi-Aika mini parfait, Benihoppe strawberry daifuku, Skyberry yuzu cream puff, Amaou matcha cake, and a white strawberry sakura jelly—an exquisite lineup of strawberry creations.
Two varieties of scones, plain and sakura, are served with clotted cream and sakura condensed milk jam. Savoury items feature spring flavours such as sakura shrimp, smoked duck, and sakura panna cotta.
