Our dim sum options include summer-perfect, spicy treats like Tom yum kung shao mai dumpling and Stir-fried squid dumplings with garlic & chili. For dessert, indulge in four refreshing Chinese sweets, including three creations featuring ripened mango.
Crafted by our dedicated dim sum chefs, these unique dim sum and sweets are exclusive to China Shadow. Enjoy a balanced and diverse menu, from appetizers and dim sum to noodles and desserts, offering a complete culinary experience.
