The Aleksander Wine Dinner Experience

At The Strings by InterContinental Tokyo, our Italian grill Melodia will host an exclusive collaboration event with Aleksander Wine, a premium winery from Paso Robles, California, on Monday, October 27, 2025.
Guests will enjoy a special course dinner created through the collaboration of three signature restaurants at The Strings, each combining modern ingredients and culinary inspirations to perfectly pair with two carefully selected Aleksander wines.
Adding to the evening’s allure, Mr. Sasha Vujacic—founder of Aleksander Wine and former NBA champion—will make a special appearance. Guests will have the rare opportunity to experience the passion and story behind his wines, shared directly by Sasha himself.

About Sasha Vujacic
A former professional basketball player best known for winning two NBA championships with the Los Angeles Lakers. He is the founder of Aleksander Wine, a premium winery that embodies his passion for craftsmanship, tradition, and excellence.
