Teppanyaki “Soukū” Head Chef
Arakaki Yoshimi
After graduating from high school, he began his career as a teppanyaki chef in Okinawa. In his twenties, he relocated to Tokyo and Yokohama, stepping away from teppanyaki for a time to acquire skills in Italian cuisine. As he approached his thirties, his passion for teppanyaki was reignited, leading him back to Okinawa to further refine his craft.
He later joined the ANA InterContinental Manza Beach Resort, where he now brings his wealth of experience and technique to the teppanyaki restaurant Soukū, offering guests memorable dishes and exceptional moments.
