    • Squid Ripieno stuffing with seaweed risotto and roasted sea urchin
      Cocktail: Homemade Sakura gin "Salty Dog" style, pink grapefruit with sea urchin oil
    • Sauteed veal Saltinbocca and spring vegetables marsala sauce
      Cocktail: Homemade Sakura vodka with tomato & homemade raspberry vinegar, cassis mustard
    • Tarragon-scented strawberry panna cotta
      Cocktail: Rose-scented Cosmopolitan with espresso & tarragon infused cranberry juice
