Elevate your dining with a customizable selection of handcrafted dim sum, choosing three items each from six varieties of both steamed and fried delicacies. Savor the season with offerings like aromatic autumn truffle dumplings and crispy spring rolls filled with Shinshu Alps salmon and mushrooms.

Our autumn appetizers, including steamed red snow crab and abalone in chestnut cream, are crafted to highlight the finest seasonal ingredients. Complete your culinary journey with our signature Chinese desserts, featuring chestnut sesame balls and a purple sweet potato Mont Blanc tart.
