Starting December 28, we are delighted to present the limited-time Strawberry Pure Rouge Afternoon Tea, elegantly adorned in vibrant shades of red and white and crafted with an abundance of seasonal strawberries.
The sweet selections feature a silky Strawberry White Chocolate Pudding that gently trembles with each touch, a Strawberry Lollipop served with a tangy strawberry dip, and a Pistachio Strawberry Opera that pairs rich textures with bright berry flavors—an enchanting lineup designed to showcase the very best of strawberries.
Strawberries also make a subtle appearance in the scones and savory items. The prawn tartare is complemented with the deep, aromatic acidity of strawberry and balsamic, while the mini burger is finished with a delicate hint of strawberry for a refined twist.
