- White asparagus Tempura with Kimagure blue cheese sauce
- Steamed Sakura trout & asparagus with scarmorze cheese
- White asparagus & ricotta cheese salad
- Chef’s selected wagyu sirloin 120g or fillet 100g with butter white asparagus & Tsuyako fromage
- ‘Satoyama no tsubu’ rice or signature garlic fried rice with red miso soup, Japanese pickles
- Asparagus panna cotta with yuzu sorbet
