China Shadow offers a special collaboration lunch and dinner course from September 15. Chef Ando collaborates with Chef Ishitobi, from GRAND XIV Karuizawa Chinese Restaurant Suiyo, and creates an exclusive dishes made with carefully selected ingredients from the mountains and the sea.
