Welcome the arrival of early summer with a soothing and nourishing Afternoon Tea from China Shadow, our signature Chinese restaurant. Thoughtfully crafted to balance beauty and wellness from within, this seasonal experience features an elegant selection of sweets and savory bites made with premium, health-enhancing ingredients like edible bird’s nest, snow fungus, black goji berries, and Okinawa's famed Agu pork.
On the sweet side, enjoy a colorful display inspired by the season—such as an hydrangea-themed jelly with almond tofu, flower-shaped soy milk pudding with acerola syrup, Chinese-style black rice and snow fungus sweet soup, and aloe-studded tapioca coconut milk.
The savory selection includes yuzu-miso grilled abalone, lychee and shrimp tempura, and Agu pork wrapped with collagen jelly—each dish balancing delicious flavors with nourishing benefits.
To round off your tea time, we recommend a light finish with our half-size soy milk Dandan noodles or special fried rice, available as an optional add-on.
