This summer, from July 10 to September 10, China Shadow presents the “Mango Bubble Parfait & Dim Sum” experience. Perched on the 26th floor, we invite you to savor the tropical richness of ripe mangoes.
Our exquisite parfait, meticulously crafted without the use of heavy creams, layers the finest Chinese sweets to highlight the fresh, rich, and refreshing flavors of the “Queen of Tropical Fruits”. Delight in the charming mango-infused jelly bubbles, known as Kowloon ball, a Hong Kong delicacy named after the dragon that births nine balls. Each bite offers a new texture and taste, from the crisp tuiles to the melt-in-your-mouth pudding and fluffy castella.

Due to the earlier than expected end of this year's shipment of Miyazaki mangoes "Taiyo no Tamago," we regret to inform you that the origin of the fresh mangoes used in our menu will be changed. Starting from Friday, August 16, 2024, we will be using mangoes sourced from regions other than Miyazaki. We sincerely apologize to all our valued customers for any inconvenience caused and we appreciate your understanding regarding this unforeseen change.
*Please note that we will continue to use Miyazaki mangoes for menu items that include mango sauce or puree.
