Dîner Secret (‘Secret Dinner’ in English) is an exclusive French pop-up restaurant, opening its doors on weekday nights only. Savor an elegant contemporary French dinner, curated by Executive Chef Olivier Rodriguez.

- Price: JPY18,700 per person, JPY9,900 for wine pairing, available from minimum 2 guests.

- Grilled crispy tilefish with bouillabaisse emulsion & fennel confit
- Grilled Hokkaido beef fillet with chanterelle & potato royale, autumn truffle shavings
