Dîner Secret (‘Secret Dinner’ in English) is an exclusive French pop-up restaurant, opening its doors on weekday nights only. Savor an elegant contemporary French dinner, curated by Executive Chef Olivier Rodriguez.
 

  • Offered throughout the year on Mondays through Thursdays except National holidays 
  • Time: 18:00~22:00 (L.O. 20:00) *Advanced reservation required at reast 3 days prior.
  • Price: JPY18,700 per person, JPY9,900 for wine pairing, available from minimum 2 guests.

    • Oscietra caviar & shellfish consommé jelly with Vichyssoise coulis
    • Saffron sea urchin blanc manger with cauliflower mousse & crown daisy coulis
    • Steamed persimmon-wrapped foie gras with persimmon chutney & cacao sauce, brioche toast
    • Grilled crispy tilefish with bouillabaisse emulsion & fennel confit
    • Grilled Hokkaido beef fillet with chanterelle & potato royale, autumn truffle shavings
