Explore four unique chapters - starting with Cantonese cuisine, followed by Taiwanese delicacies, then onto Shanghai's flavors, culminating in the grand finale featuring Beijing cuisine.

As the historical capital where regional influences converged, Beijing's cuisine blossomed into imperial fare, renowned for its hearty meat dishes and the use of garlic and scallions to warm the body in colder climates.
