  • Autumn vegetable salad with grilled matsutake coulis, persimmon & yuzu dressing
  • Chef’s selected kuroge wagyu sirloin 120g with sauteed matsutake
       or 
    Chef’s selected kuroge wagyu fillet 100g with sauteed matsutake (+ JPY1,100)
  • Signature garlic fried rice with matsutake with Matsutake dashi soup on the side, red miso soup, Japanese pickles
